Refunds
We operate a four-week "cooling off" period. This means that you can cancel your course with us at any time during the first four weeks after we send your study pack to you and we will give you a full refund provided you follow the instructions in our Conditions of Enrolment.
Refunds after the initial four-week period are completely at our Registrar's discretion, though we try to make reasonable allowances for serious illness, redundancies, bereavements, and other similar life-changing circumstances.
