Our courses cover the secretary’s "toolkit" – the skills you need to make an important contribution to the smooth and efficient running of your office at any stage of your career.

The courses that we run are based on the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry's syllabuses, though they can also be used for equivalent qualifications run by OCR and Pitman, for example.
